GPS-Visitor® is the name of our most recent addition to our extensive range of software. It consists in a web-based module that allows you to greatly simplify the sign up process for your visitors. Visitors simply sign up through an information kiosk, causing a ticket printer to print out a label with the entered information. When going outside, visitors state to the kiosk that they intend to leave the premises. Additionally, an electronic logbook of all visitors and an up-to-date list of evacuation are available at all times. Needless to say that this module is integrated into the latest version of GPS-Suite®. All this happens completely automatically, without the intervention of a receptionist. |
