On small locations or locations with few staff members, where a badge terminal does not yield any profit, your employees can register their presence through GPS-Voice®, from a landline or from a mobile phone. Remote employees or your own mobile workforce such as representatives can log in and out on each location by typing a personal code. Even voice recording is one of the possibilities in order to prevent fraud. The system is fully customizable according to the customer's requirements: you decide which telephone devices can be used for registering. Furthermore, you will be able to link a cost centre to each location, giving you the possibility to consult the performance of an employee, sorting by period and by cost centre. By requesting a 0800 number (free number) without cost for the caller, your client's telephone device can be used without problems. |
