GPS-Net® is an application through intranet or internet which allows your personnel to transmit its working hours. It is also possible to consult the remaining leave days or to send in a leave request. This is basically Employee Self Service. Very user-friendly and it can be consulted everywhere. The program also brings benefits to the person responsible for managing the leave. Thanks to parameters configurable by the HR department beforehand, the computer indicates the most ideal leave planning. This way, discussions are avoided and the whole process can take place automatically. |
